Richard Elias, DMD, MD
Dr. Elias received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College, then earned his D.M.D. degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. He served his residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital and is well trained in the full scope of the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Elias is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is on the attending staffs of the Mount Sinai Hospital, New York/Presbyterian Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital.
Andrew Horowitz, DMD, MD
Dr. Andrew Horowitz is originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, and has resided in the New York metropolitan area since 2000. He attended The University of Michigan and graduated with honors. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and the Matthew Cryer Honor Society. He then obtained his medical degree from The Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he also completed a General Surgery internship. He went on to complete his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Horowitz is one of the select few Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the area that has earned both a dental and medical degree. Dr. Horowitz has special training in implantology, maxillofacial pathology, bone grafting, reconstructive, and facial cosmetic surgery.
He is a former faculty member at The Columbia University Medical Center and currently on staff at White Plains Hospital Center in White Plains, New York.
He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a member of the New York State Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is one of only 2 Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Westchester County who is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Horowitz maintains active certification of Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Dr. Horowitz is avid skier and tennis player who was ranked nationally as a junior. He currently resides with his wife and 2 children in Chappaqua, New York.

Gary Orentlicher, DMD
Dr. Gary Orentlicher graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1982 and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 1986. He graduated dental school with six major awards in various dental specialties. In 1984, while a resident, he was the recipient of the prestigious Merck, Sharpe & Dohme Resident Research Award.
Dr. Orentlicher is a leader in the field of dental implantology. He has authored many publications and has lectured extensively on subjects such as patients with temporomandibular joint disorders and dentofacial deformities, bone grafting for dental implants, computer guided implantology, CAT Scan use in dental implantology, and new dental implant innovations. Dr. Orentlicher has given numerous training courses for dental specialists on new techniques and technologies for the planning and placement of dental implants. He has been involved with 3-D virtual treatment planning for dental implant placement for over 10 years. Dr. Orentlicher is a consultant to several manufacturers for the development of new technologies for computer implantology. Dr. Orentlicher and his partner Dr. Douglas Goldsmith are owners of Facial Imaging, LLC, a northeast US company developed to provide 3-D imaging to dentists for implant dentistry.
Dr. Orentlicher is currently Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at White Plains Hospital Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a member of many regional and national dental and oral and maxillofacial surgery organizations.

Matthew Paonessa, DDS, MD
Dr. Paonessa graduated Summa Cum Laude from State University of New York College at Cortland and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the OKU Honor Society, which recognizes the top 10% of all dental students. He then went on to earn his Medical degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine. He completed his 6 year Oral & Maxillofacial surgery training at Northshore-LIJ which included a 1-year general surgery internship at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he was honored with intern resident of the year. During his residency, Dr Paonessa was trained in the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr Paonessa is a board eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and is on the attending staff at New York/Presbyterian Hospital.
