Lori Dyer, MD
Dr. Dyer is a board certified adult and pediatric urologist.
She graduated from her fellowship in pediatric urology at LIJ/ Albert Einstein in 2006 after first completing a 6 year residency in adult and pediatric urology at New York Medical College (NYMC). She is a graduate of Albany Medical College and Middlebury College and she completed the post-baccalaureate premedical program at Columbia University.
She remains involved in the residency and fellowship programs from which she graduated through mentoring. She teaches residents and fellows at NYMC where she is an Assistant Professor of Urology.
Ronnie Fine, MD
Dr. Ronnie Fine received her undergraduate degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, then she went on to complete her medical studies at the Weill Cornell Medical College. Subsequently, she was accepted as a resident in urology at Cornell, during which she conducted research in pediatric urology. As a urology resident, she discovered her passion towards treating children with urological disorders. Because of this, she decided to pursue a career in pediatric urology, and joined as a fellow in pediatric urology at Cohen Children’s Hospital/ LIJ. She joined Pediatric Urology Associates in 2013.
Miriam Harel, MD
Dr. Harel graduated with honors from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, and received her Medical Degree at the top of her class from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Harel stayed at SUNY Downstate Medical Center to complete her urology residency training. Subsequently, she finally left New York to pursue a fellowship in pediatric urology at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She then chose to explore basic science research in the laboratory at University of Connecticut Health Center for the remainder of her fellowship training. From there, she extended her fellowship and spend an additional year in the laboratory to further develop her investigational skills. Upon the completion of her fellowship training, Dr. Harel became a faculty member of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, where she treated patients with all urologic conditions.
Paul F. Zelkovic, MD
Dr. Zelkovic received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Urology at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. He is Board-Certified and was among the first pediatric urologists in the US to have a Certificate of Specialization in Pediatric Urology offered by the American Board of Urology. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Surgeons and is Chief of Pediatric Urology at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY.
