After completing his medical education, Dr. Cardona pursued further specialization through his residency in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY.

Daniel Gold, MD received his medical degree from the State University of New York- Downstate Medical Center. He then went on to complete his surgical internship and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Residency training at Tufts University- New England Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Gold is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr Gold is the recipient of a variety of distinguished honors and distinctions in the field of Otolaryngology. In addition, Dr. Gold has published an array of original research in the Otolaryngology literature.

Jeffrey Jablon, MD, FACS

Dr. Jeffrey Jablon is board-certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery). He received his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of medicine in New York in 1989. He then completed both his surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Subsequently, he performed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Dr. David Mener is board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (Earn, Nose, and Throat Surgery) and a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He received his Medical Degree at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 2010. From there, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Subsequently, he performed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. 

Stefan Mlot, MD, FACS

Stefan Mlot, MD, FACS, is a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained head and neck surgeon. Dr. Mlot graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina, where he also earned his Doctorate of Medicine. He matriculated to the New York Presbyterian program for his residency, where his clinical training was completed at Columbia University Medical Center, Weill-Cornell Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Mlot then received fellowship training in head and neck surgery at the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he was awarded for his research in the socioeconomic determinants of outcomes in head and neck cancer treatment.

Joelle Rogal, MD

Dr. Joelle Rogal is a board-certified head and neck surgeon with subspecialty training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her areas of expertise include surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and facial reconstruction. Dr. Rogal attended Cornell University, graduating with a degree in biology, and she then went on to complete her medical training at New York University School of Medicine. After obtaining her medical degree, Dr. Rogal pursued surgical training in Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan. Dr. Rogal then completed an Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Glasgold Group.

Richard Rosenberg, MD, FACS
